COVID19 - Obtaining notes from your GP, about you, for Employers
Posted on 25 Mar 2020
The latest guidance is as follows
1. anyone with symptoms can get a note from 111, see other news articles on our website
2. anyone living with someone with symptoms can also do this online, see other news articles on our website
3. those patients who have been advised to self isolate with no symptoms, but due to their medical conditions should receive a letter from NHS England
Anyone WANTING to stay at home because they live with someone who falls under point no 3, there is no guidance / law that they should self isolate and as a practice we cannot and will not give those patients letters / notes to support this.
